I respectfully declined and said that I would be going with navy fed and that I was ready to sign and finish to head back home. He then asks me that if they can try to see if they can earn my business and maybe match or beat my rate of 2.7%. I tell him that I had a pre approval with my bank, Navy federal credit union, and that I had already taken care of the financing part. I agree to the price and tell him that we are good to go. He tells me that the price is final, no discounts other than the 500 dollars military incentive that he would add for me and should put me right around 67,100. We go back inside and he shows me numbers. We go see the vehicle and after seeing it, I immediately made the decision of taking it. I signed it knowing that with what he had told me, the price was not going to exceed 68k. I get there and before seeing the vehicle, he made me sign a paper that said if the vehicle had at least top 3 things that I wanted, and if the numbers were where reasonable, that I would buy it.
